Why I Do This Work:

For years, I chased healing in circles—doing the courses, the ceremonies, the rituals.

But it wasn’t until I stopped trying to become someone better and started facing what was actually mine—grief, shame, identity, longing—that I found my roots.

This work comes from lived experience. Not theory. Not branding.

I’ve held dying animals, reparented my inner child, ended a marriage with love, and walked away from systems that kept me small.

And I know what it takes to survive, soften, and start again.

What I Bring:

20+ years walking a healing path—from Reiki and shamanic training to ancestral reconnection
Certified practitioner in Reiki and the Emotion Code®, with my own earth-honoring, trauma-informed adaptations
Deep lived experience with grief, identity reclamation (including coming out and unmasking), and threshold crossings
A calm, clear presence grounded in spiritual integrity and real-world care
